Warehouse Manager
Stratford upon Avon • Full time • Temp contract with a view to going permanent • Upto £15 phr depending on experience
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment for weddings, festivals and other events. As well as managing a small team to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy.
Day to day duties and responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager role.
Prepare and organise equipment within the warehouse
Managing stock levels
Load trailers with equipment and kits
Operate a forklift truck
Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse
Inspect returned equipment for damages
Supervise and manage the warehouse operative
Provide support and training to the warehouse operative
What you'll need to succeed in our Warehouse Manager role
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
Forklift Truck licence
To be available immediately, this is a temp contract with a view to becoming permanent
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must drive due to location, there are no public transport links

An hourly rate of upto £17 phr depending on experience
