We are looking for aHR MANAGER PERSONALADMINISTRATION (M/F/D) Job-ID: 24072 to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. What your key responsibilities will be:
- Consultation and support for our employees and managers in all personnel matters.
- Assistance in the process of obtaining residence permits for international employees.
- Accountable for overall personnel administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
- Creation and analysis of HR metrics.
- Participation in international HR projects and active involvement in digitizing and optimizing internal HR processes.
- A positive demeanour, empathy, and reliability in handling sensitive personnel data.
- A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work.
- A completed degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- 1-2 years of experience in the HR field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, and DATEV Payroll and Salary.
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written); additional foreign language skills are advantageous.
