Role description

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as a Quality Manager, playing a pivotal role in delivering a billion-pound hyper-scale data centre project in Norway. You will be essential in ensuring the highest quality standards in one of our most significant construction projects.

The role is based in Norway, where you will be working 11 days with 3 days off, in return our client is offering a salary between £100,000 - £120,000 (D.O.E.) plus flights covered, hire car, accommodation paid for, and a 60 Euros allowance per day.

Role Accountabilities

Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Providing guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality issues and resolve conflicts.
Monitoring construction processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Reviewing project documentation and maintaining quality records.
Leading quality training sessions for project staff.
Managing quality-related documentation and reporting.
Participating in project meetings and providing input on quality-related topics.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications.
Extensive previous experience in a similar role.
In-depth technical knowledge, including construction and quality processes.
Experience in leading smaller projects and supporting larger more complex projects.
Experience delivering analysis and insights.
Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
Experience managing business relationships and supporting middle management-level activities.
Experience in hyperscale data centre projects.

Competitive Salary: £100k – £120k per year.
Daily Subsistence: 60 Euros per working day.
