Factory Operative within the Packing Department primary objective is to assemble components and efficiently pick and pack customer orders.
Location: East Harling
Hours: Work hours are from 07:00 to 15:15, Monday to Friday
Pay: £11.50 per hour, increasing to £12.50 per hour after a successful probation period.
For this role, you will need:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute ideas where necessary.
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Capacity to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Sound knowledge of manufacturing and packing processes.
Physical fitness and strength, comfortable with lifting and engaging in an active role.
Access to their own transportation due to rural location.
Main Tasks of Job:
Preparing components into finished kits/orders.
Assembling components into finished products.
Collating, picking, and packing customer orders based on communication from the Sales and Service team.
Upholding high standards of quality, workplace tidiness, and cleanliness.
Adhering to Company Risk Assessments.
Following all company rules regarding Health and Safety as outlined in the Policy and Procedures..
