An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Architect with at least several years post qualification industry experience. My client are RIBA chartered and award-winning and work across a diverse range of sectors inclusive of Hospitality, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail. The position offers candidates a chance for career advancement and growth within the practice.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for project delivery, spanning architectural design through feasibility to on-site completion. Those with a strong technical background and a desire to expand or maintain a diverse portfolio across various sectors are encouraged to apply and become part of our accomplished team.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

ARB registered with substantial UK industry experience.
Meeting tight deadlines while collaborating with external consultants.
Generating technical drawings, both freehand and using AutoCAD.
Preparing Planning and Building Regulations packages, including submissions.
Understanding CDM Regulations 2015.
Relevant sector experience, ideally on large scale projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
Strong technical and design skills.
Effective client communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and composure under pressure.
