Who are you:
Our client is actively seeking a Senior Associate or a Partner to join their Manchester division (and working closely with their Leeds teams) and be involved at a senior level on various infrastructure schemes. For this role, you’ll need to be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and also have experience winning new business, as well as having an established client network. You will have a team behind you, however, currently they don’t have anyone running the transport side so it is a genuine opportunity to build out a team within an established business.
Our client is seeking the following:
* years construction experience- mainly within infrastructure projects and within a consultancy environment
* client network- mainly in the transport sector
* knowledge on creation of cost plans/ feasibility/ tender/ loss and expense
* working on large scale projects
* motivated individual who has experience leading and mentoring a team
* written and spoken communication
* University degree- MRICS chartered
* working the whole life cycle of a project- skilled in both pre and post contract duties
* and agreement of final accounts
* knowledge on the market conditions
