As a Candidate Consultant at Pioneer Selection, you will play an essential role in our mission to deliver top-quality candidates to our clients. Working closely with our Client Relations team, your responsibilities will include:
Generating, vetting, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates.
Ensuring a high standard of service and meeting targets consistently.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-based role or experience working within recruitment in a candidate focussed position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
