Role Overview: They are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Planner to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in planning, working on exciting and varied projects across London and beyond. You will be supported by experienced professionals and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
* Conducting research and analysis to support planning projects
* Preparing reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other consultants
* Supporting senior planners in project management and delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
* A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field
* Strong analytical and research skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Keen interest in the planning and development sector
