Job Description

* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.

* Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine labor, material, and time requirements.

* Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.

* Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management.

* Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
