Job Type: Permanent, Up to 45 hours

The Client:

Our client is a prestigious hotel, renowned for their exceptional Scottish and International cuisine, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The Role:

As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and present outstanding dishes, ensuring culinary excellence in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Accommodation will be provided for the first two months for those relocating to the area.

Requirements:

Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Understanding of food health and safety regulations.
Skilled in preparing Scottish and International dishes.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
