DESIGN MANAGER – Construction

Location: West Midlands
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday + other benefits
The Company & Design Manager Opportunity:

Due to several recent project wins and a strong pipeline already secured this established main contractor are now looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their growing Midlands construction division.
You will work on projects ranging from £5m - £50m in value. The role will be office based with weekly site visits with a level of flexibility as they understand the importance of work life balance.
Key Requirements:
* Main Contractor background with a minimum of 5 years Design Management experience
* Stable employment history
* Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC or equivalent)
* Driving license is essential
* Exposure to a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, high rise residential
