As a Loyalty Programme Manager based in our Warwick office 3 days a week (2 days flex to work remotely), you’ll be responsible for:

Developing & planning our monthly loyalty scheme content & deployment framework

*

Curating & driving engaging offers & benefits for our customers

*

Analysing & optimising member engagement through understanding customer behaviour and communication channels, including planned & tactical marketing activity

*

Managing & driving the relationship with our 3rd party loyalty partner, driving direction for creative campaigns & member initiatives from a “best possible” position for our members

*

Researching the market to ensure our scheme remains relevant to our customer base

*

Growing & retaining higher value customers through the scheme, reviewing performance & results to drive a profitable loyalty scheme and providing the business with performance & costs update

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

*

Experience managing loyalty scheme is highly preferable, alternatively a Marketing/Proposition/CRM background with customer experience focus and retention

*

Strong stakeholder management skills, relationship driven, project management skills

*

Structured and organised approach, customer focused with commercial acumen

*

Management/Leadership skills
