Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £37k + Training + Benefits

A multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy who specialises in asbestos management services across the Yorkshire region are now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical services to Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Educational sites, ensuring to maintain the companies' high standards of work. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience working within an Asbestos Consultancy, looking to join a continuously growing company that has a family feel, where they can broaden their skills set, experience and client bases. Our client can offer the successful candidate cross training into other environmental sectors, company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and competitive basic salary.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bradford, Keighley, Wakefield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Batley, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Worksop, Sheffield, Chesterfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 is essential to the role.
" Will have a strong background working hands on within the Asbestos industry for a UKAS accredited consultancy.
" Will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Will be able to work to agreed deadlines.
" Able to communicate professionally with colleagues and clients.
The Role:
" Working on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Educational sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Conducting leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Carrying out visual re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Ensuring work on site complies with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Carrying out onsite audits in line with client requirements.
" Gathering information from site and using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
