About the Role:
A Behaviour Mentor at GSL Education will work closely with students who exhibit challenging behaviours, providing support and intervention to foster a positive learning environment. This role is pivotal in helping students manage their behaviours and succeed academically.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavioural management strategies and support individual student needs.
Collaborate with teachers to tailor interventions and monitor effectiveness.
Serve as a positive role model, promoting good behaviour and discipline.
Engage with parents and guardians to inform them of progress and areas for development.
The successful candidate will:
Possess experience in behaviour management within a primary school setting.
Show strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and staff.
Demonstrate resilience and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
Have relevant training or qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields.
