Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum

About the Role:
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated MFL Teacher to join our team in York. This position is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The role involves teaching French and/or German to students across various age ranges and abilities, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and progress.
Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback to support their development.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
Participate in departmental meetings, training events, and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have proven experience in teaching MFL at secondary level.
Possess strong organisational and communication skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
