We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the optimization, enhancement, and generalization of capabilities demonstrated in a research and development (R&D) setting for production applications.
As a Software Developer at TechFlow, you will play a pivotal role in translating cutting-edge capabilities showcased in R&D projects into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for production use. The ideal Software Developer will have expertise in AI/ML, C/C++, and Python development, along with a strong foundation in Linux and Docker.
Key Responsibilities
Update, debug and optimize Sponsor source code from an R&D test bench into a high reliability user-friendly tool.
Incorporate Pythonic just-in-time compilation, multiprocessor and multi-GPU inferencing on Windows and Linux based systems.
Develop an alpha-level graphic user interface (GUI) for demonstration and community feedback.
Perform development activities to improve existing models to reach 90-95% confidence.
Develop the AI capability to incorporate numerous biometric data points for detection.
Regularly provide status reports, to include discussion of activities; a summary of briefings, meetings, or visits and accomplishments during reporting periods; milestones achieved; anticipated activities for next reporting period; and problems encountered, mitigated or anticipated.
Host monthly or as-needed Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to update status project on technical objectives, risks, etc.
Requirements
3+ years of experience developing in C/C++ and Python
Experience developing AI/ML applications relating to video and image processing and classification
GUI development experience
Linux experience
Demonstrated experience with Docker and Linux containers
Demonstrated experience interacting with and developing REST APIs.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field
Experience with application security, setting up application certificates, user access control, and working with component security officers.
Experience in technical writing or documentation skills, including the ability to communicate work completed and maintenance processes.
