Over onze klantThis company is responsible for the manufacturing and production of fruits. Located in Rotterdam, they are situated in a modern office where they are searching for their new colleague - Order-to-Cash Supervisor! In this OTC Supervisor position, you will be responsible for overseeing some members of the OTC team and fostering a collaborative work environment. This is through overseeing the team, allocating resources effectively and performing regular reviews. Do you have previous experience leading a team? Are you proficient in Order-to-Cash? • Lead and guide the order-to-cash team;
• Manage expectations by conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that you oversee the daily operations of the team;
• Generating reports on specific metrics such as cash allocation, credit management and other relevant KPIs;
• Identifying any opportunities to enhance reporting processes as an OTC Supervisor;
• Monitoring the Order-to-Cash processes to ensure efficiency;

Profiel

• Minimum Bachelor's experience in finance, accounting or a relevant field;
• Previous experience in order-to-cash or similar processes;
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre is a must;
• Previous use of SAP;
• Good command and understanding of English and German;
• Analytical, proactive and interpersonal;
