Aftersales Manager

Wright Engineering, an engineering and construction industry leader, are recruiting for an Aftersales Manager, who will specialise in transmission systems, to join our aftersales division on a permanent basis.

* £45,000 to £60,000 per annum + commission

* Company car or car allowance

* Laptop + mobile phone

* Hybrid role - Monday to Friday

* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

The Role

We are looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual whose job it will be to develop and identify opportunities for sales of the group aftermarket and equipment ranges.

As Sales Manager you will negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries. You will have the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers and potential orders in line with target. You will be responsible for the identification of business opportunities and to drive the process of turning these opportunities into profitable activities.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in the sale of power transmission systems and their constituent parts such as motors, gearboxes, couplings and bearings. You should have an analytical approach to developing solutions for customers.
