Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are market leaders in their field. Currently looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join their existing team. You will be Customer focused, dynamic and proactive. .

As a Client Relationship Executive your duties will include:

* Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to existing clients

* Acting as first point of contact for new and existing clients and providing a high quality service

* Deal with all sales/technical enquiries and develop into leads

* Increase potential opportunities for the External Sales teams

* Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve escalated concerns promptly.

* Proactively contacting existing and new contacts to build relationships

* Taking leads from Customer Service and Marketing and measure outcomes

* Follow up on all orders and enquiries

As a Client Relationship Executive you will have the following key skills:

* Customer Focused

* Good negotiation skills

* Excellent communication skills and phone manner

* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

* Self-motivated
