Please note this is an interim position for circa 6 weeks to start next week ideally whilst the business is recruiting a new resource. For the successful candidate, there is a potential to convert to a permanent position. 

Working hours can be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, full time based on site 

R&R

Stationery/PPE/Consumables/Signage orders (as and when)
Organise internal/external training for team roles and coordinators
Manage internal filing system
Attend monthly PDP meetings, note actions and help update the document
Update office noticeboards as and when required
Assist team with any IT issues
Ensure profiles are up to date on the internal portal
Set up new starters with equipment and do a brief introduction with them
Organise team events
Ensure project directory is up to date, and update the team once a month
Reporting (internal project review, client meeting, MP project review)
Team meeting slides
Organise breakfast for monthly meetings as and when required
Complete project directors and commercial leads expenses, timecards and travel allowance monthly
Co ordinate with other office managers in the building with any issues/visitors etc.
Manage office printer/consumables
Manage and maintain site rota’s/trackers
Accommodate client meetings
Set up meetings for the team internally/externally
IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
