Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a long established and reputable law firm, in their search for a residential conveyancer.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, hardworking individual who has a real ambition to succeed, and who has a willingness to develop and expand their existing business in this area.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process.
* The role will involve assisting with file setup, searches, drafting contracts, enquiries, completion statements, redemption statements, drafting land registry forms, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other third parties, file closure and archiving.
* To build relationships with clients, contacts and other professionals on behalf of the team.
* To assist Head of Department/Director in the management of caseload by dealing with file related queries either face-to-face or by telephone.
The ideal candidate will have Between 2 and 5 years pre or post qualification experience as a residential conveyance. They will also have a strong academic background with a law degree and have well-developed interpersonal and IT skills.
