Job role: Bartender

Duration: 2- 4 weeks
Pay: £14phr
Start: ASAP
Hours and Days: 10:30am-10:30pm (4 days on 4 days off)
Location: Battersea

Role and responsibilities

Welcome guest to the bar/lounge
Ensure all customers in the area comply with guest policy and they have right of access
Check in/out customers via the dedicated portal
Prepare cocktails and other refreshments/snacks
Provide knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
Fulfilling customer drink order accurately and promptly
Keeping bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer
Report low stock levels
Placing orders and managing stock levels
Ensuring compliance with premises license
Cleaning bar, washing glasses, wiping down surfaces
Taking card payments
Verifying age and identity of customers
Ensure bar/lounge is clean and free from customers at closing time
Report any defective equipment
Liaise with contractors attending the area for repairs, maintenance and servicing
Assist with set up for events
Complain handling

What are we looking for?

Experience within a Bartender/Mixologist role
Flexible, positive and can do attitude.
Good time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
