My client a leading, award-winning professional services company have asked us to find them the right person to join their expanding Pursuits and Business development team,
This opportunity offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's business development strategy and driving tender success.
The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Managers across Pursuits, Business Development, and Legal teams. They will lead cross-firm strategic tenders, influence stakeholders, and increase the win rate through their expertise and innovative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Utilise pursuit tools to conduct comprehensive analyses, from SWOT to competitor assessments and stakeholder mapping
Preside over strategy meetings, guiding the full pursuit process from kick-off through proposition development, design, and production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic approaches that have the competitive edge
Craft compelling, high-scoring non-technical responses that leave a lasting impact
Coach customer-facing teams to deliver successful presentations that seal the deal
Lead external debriefs to identify areas for continuous improvement and sharpen the team's skills.
