Konker is recruiting for an experienced Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice based in Plymouth.
This RIBA Chartered practice has two offices in the South West and due to ongoing workload growth, they are seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join them.
This practice prides itself on its bespoke designs and provides full RIBA Architectural, Interior Design and Visualisation services.
They are a young and vibrant practice, and each team member has a different background that works well – with experience in the Healthcare, Heritage, Educational and Residential sectors. Currently, they employ 9 members of staff.
The main software's within this practice is Revit, AutoCAD & Adobe Suite, so having experience in these will be highly beneficial. If not, training is provided.
The Positon: Part 2 Archtectural Assistant
Working on a wide variety of residential projects alongside healthcare projects
Using Revit daily and ongoing mentoring + training
Part 3 support + study leave
Hybrid working & a modern agile approach to work
Regular company socials Salary is between £27,000 - £33,000 depending on previous experience.
To Be Considered: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth
Previous experience with healthcare projects is advantageous but not essential
Qualified to a Part 2 level
The ability to use Revit is also advantageous but not essential and training is provided
