Here’s why you’ll love this role…
This role is part of the Quickline Leadership Team reporting into the COO, you will be developing and leading on our HSEQ strategy. You will work with senior stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure we are future proof as we grow our business.
You will lead and develop a small but effective team - including Health, Safety and Environment team, Quality Manager and Business Continuity Manager
This is a diverse role, allowing you to have make a real impact across the business
The health and safety of our team is paramount, you will ensure that our teams are able to work in a safe environment and are able head home to their loved ones at the end of each day without harm
It's not all HSE, you will be accountable for Quality - ensuring we maintain our ISO Accreditations and Business Continuity
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
You will have significant experience leading a Health, Safety and Environmental Management team, ideally with experience in Quality and Business Continuity
You have great communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders across the business
Telecoms industry experience isn't essential, but it is a bonus. You might have a background in construction or utilities.
You will ideally have a good solid grounding of CDM
