About the role:
FIS is looking for an IT Asset Management End of Life (EOL) Governance Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Risk Security Business Office. The role includes supporting every aspect of the IT Asset Management EOL Process. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About the Team:
The FIS IT Asset Management (ITAM) Team is a part of Cybersecurity Governance and is responsible for Enterprise Software & Hardware Asset Management as well for asset End of Life (EOL)/Lifecycle Governance.
What you will be doing:
Perform detailed data analysis
Create Weekly Reports and Trends
Support EOL Process through Compliance Framework (Issues, Remediation Plans, Exceptions)
Identify opportunities for improvement
Manage additional related projects or tasks as necessary
What you will need:
A bachelor’s in information systems or equivalent experience, preferred
Excellent analytical, decision-making/problem-solving, and technical abilities
Must have experience with Microsoft Products (specifically Excel and formulas)
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and coordinate across different regions and time zones
Strong presentation and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt in global cross-functional teams
Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end IT asset life cycles.
Knowledge of FIS Products and Services
Knowledge of Fintech industry.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
