Exciting Opportunity for Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklift Drivers!

Join our client's dynamic team as a Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver and enjoy the convenience of a Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm shift, with an attractive pay rate of £12.12 per hour. If you have a VNA license as well, the pay rate increases to £12.47 per hour. Our client is located in the NN4 Northampton, Brackmills area and is seeking dedicated individuals to join their growing team.

Job Position: Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver

MUST BE OK WITH MIX OF WORK - ON AND OFF THE FORKLIFT TRUCK !

Location: Northampton, Brackmills

Shift Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

* 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Pay Rate:

* £12.12 per hour with Counterbalance and Reach Truck license

* £12.47 per hour if also holding a VNA license

* Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours from Monday to Friday

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses and relevant experience (accredited and in-date licenses).

* VNA license (optional but preferred for higher pay rate).

* Proven track record of operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with keen attention to detail.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Flexibility to work occasional overtime if required.

* Commitment to following safety procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate the Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklifts to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.

* Safely stack, palletize, and organize products to maximize space utilization.

* Conduct regular equipment inspections, perform maintenance checks, and report any issues.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment.

* Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
