Description

Key responsibilities consist of:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Coordinate customer service queries, ensuring timely responses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions

A successful candidate should have:

A strong educational background in Business, Administration, or a related field
Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
Data entry & inputting experience
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
