Are you a Registered Nurse with substantial experience in dementia nursing and elderly care? Our client is on the hunt for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team within a stunning new nursing home in Preston. This role is based in a state of the art new build luxury home, currently with 10 nursing residents you will be joining a brand new team.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £26, and we are looking for an experienced elderly care Nurse to work full time day shifts from 8am-8pm, working 3 days one week and 4 the next (38.5 hours) The annual salary is £52,052.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Training and development of staff
Following up on incidents and accidents
Supervising on the floor
Providing hands-on clinical careThe ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse role should be:
An experienced RMN or RGN
Able to lead by example
Capable of making independent decisions
