Senior Site Engineer

Senior Site Engineer - Perth - Up to £40k + Car

First Task Professional are delighted to be working alongside a contractor who have a very healthy pipeline of work due to long term frameworks with Scottish Water.

They have a requirement for a Senior Site Engineer to work on one of their flagship projects in Perth.

Responsibilities:

* Timely and efficient delivery of work activities

* To provide leadership to teams working on construction activities ensuring all work is carried out to the necessary specifications, RAMS and quality requirements

* To prepare method statements and risk assessments, and set out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification

* To liaise effectively with the construction supervisors and construction managers

* To work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders

* To complete accurate information and records of the permanent works

* To provide support to the wider team

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

* Previous Site Engineering experience preferably including pipelines and associated chambers, earthworks and excavations

* Experience on Pumping Station construction and trenchless works is desirable

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* CITB SMSTS or other recognised industry accredited safety management programme, CSCS card or EUSR Safety Health, Environmental (SHEA) passport scheme, (SHEA) Water, DOMS and national water hygiene. NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate, NRSW

* Demonstrate a clear focus on customer and stakeholder performance with a service excellence and performance focus
