The Role:

Responsibilities Include:

* Designing scalable and efficient data architectures that meet security and governance standards.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, conducting code reviews, and maintaining coding standards.
* Leading agile processes and refining project backlogs with key stakeholders.
* Defining and enforcing development best practices to drive automation and efficiency.
* Maintaining comprehensive platform documentation, including data lineage and process guides.
* Exploring new technologies through proof of concepts, adopting a learn-fast approach.
* Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data development.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
* A proactive and visionary approach, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.

* Proven experience as a technical lead in data development, working within an agile methodology.
