TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Swansea and Carmarthenshire. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
MAIN DUTIES
* Using a handheld devise, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.
* Damp and mold contract work.
* Redecoration, basic plumbing, basic caprnetry etc.
* Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
* Various domestic maintenance tasks. - Mostly carpentry and plastering.
* Responsive maintenance.
* To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
* Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.
Hours: Monday – Friday.
Pay: £20 - £21 Per hour (CIS)
Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week.
Van required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* NVQ trade qualification(s)
* Multi trade experience
* Full current driving licence.
* A DBS check is required before commencement of role
