CAMHS Single Point of Access Practitioner

Our Reputable Client is looking for an experienced and passionate Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join their SPA (Single point of access team) on a full time basis!

If you are highly skilled in conducting initial CAMHS mental health assessments, triaging and signposting and you have experience working at a band 6 or above level - I have an exciting opportunity that you may be interested in!

Please see some further details on the opportunity below:

* Position is a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner

* Your working week will be split into 50 % SPA Team – Decision making , Triaging and signposting and 50% conducting mental health assessments

* 3 to 6 month contract with the view to extend

* You will not be expected to hold a caseload

* You will be working across 3 sites within Swansea Bay and Neath Port Talbot

* If you could drive that would be ideal however it's not essential to be considered for the role

* You must hold at least 1 -3 years’ (post qualifying) CAMHS experience

* Condensed hours will be considered for the perfect candidate (must attend work on Tuesdays)

* Must be a qualified RMN and also NMC registered

* You must hold a valid DBS that is also on the update service, we will need the paper version to comply with the DBS that it on the update service

* PMVA, ILS & BLS certificates
