Maintenance Technician/Handyman

We’re currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment that we have available, working at a Student Accommodation in Sheffield City Centre.

Main Duties:
Minor repairs within the student accommodation building
Compliance testing
Ensuring the bins are emptied, clean and tidy
Daily walks of the building to ensure safety at all times
Ideal Candidate:
Experience within a ‘handyman’ type of position is advantageous!
Good communication skills
A hard-working, friendly and enthusiastic personality is required
Working Hours and Pay Rate:

This position is being offered on a part-time, temporary basis. You will be required to work 3 days per week (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) from 9am until 5:30pm.

Your rate of pay will be between £14 and £15 per hour, depending on experience.
