Participate in the S.T.E.P rotational programme

* Study for a post graduate clinical diploma qualification (optional and subject to funding)

* Progression to higher level STEP responsibilities will occur after satisfactory completion of level 1 and 2 STEP competencies.

* Participate in the range of audits in prescribing practice and drug usage.

* Contribute to the development of the Pharmacy service and the Trusts Medicines Optimisation Strategy
