Michelle Denny Recruitment is looking to find a Recoveries Handler to join Lancaster Gate’s team located in Diss, Norfolk. The role is permanent full time and there is also a hybrid option. Salary is up to a negotiable £28,500pa, with a monthly performance & attendance related bonus and some lovely benefits on top, some of which are listed below:

Cycle to work scheme As the company continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Recoveries Handler to join a fast-working atmosphere within a busy office. This is an exciting role as you will be managing your own case load, so it is essential to have some experience. This is a dynamic role that involves working both independently and as part of a team.

Duties:
Dealing with all aspects of the recovery processes for both Lancaster Gate and the client. This would be mainly telephone based, but sometimes would be via email or written communication
Excellent communication with the clients to give them accurate updates of the claims
The ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met and to be able to problem solve Working hours:
Monday – Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
