About You:

This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer who has experience within the Bridging Finance market to join a fast-growing law firm. This will be working on behalf of property finance lenders,

The Ideal candidate for the Commercial Solicitor – Bridging Finance will:

·Possess 2+ years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) with prior exposure to commercial law,

·Demonstrate confidence in independently managing your own case load.

·Have a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and adeptly manage client relationships.

·Be capable of establishing new relationships.

·Exhibit a visible passion for their role and a willingness to go the extra mile.
