You'll join my client at a super busy and exciting time as they look to implement Informatica cloud across the business. They're early on in their data warehousing programme and need a diligent, knowledge Data Engineer who knows IICS like the back of their hand - to come in and take the reigns on the implementation and help deliver it in the best way possible.
What we need is simple. A Informatica enthusiast who is incredibly well versed in Cloud Data Integration Services (IICS) You'll have experience with high level data warehouse design and be able to perform complex data mappings.
They use the following informatica IICS services;
Mass Ingestion
Data Integration
Database Ingestion
It would be ideal if you have some Python well and you'll be equipped to make changes at an architectural level too. You will also have full ownership of their ETL pipelines ensuring a really smooth flow of data through its transformations. Ideally you'll be a Cloud enthusiast too and know AWS, with a good understanding of its data services - like Glue and S3.
You will also be well versed in working with large, complex data mappings and large data structures in MySQL databases.
