As a Healthcare Senior Support Worker, you'll become an integral part of our clients mission to provide bespoke care and support to individuals with unique healthcare needs. Our roster system offers a blend of both day and night shifts.
* Leading a team of support workers effectively
* organising events and social activities within the larger service
* demonstrating best practice and promoting company policies and procedures.
* overseeing the completion of relevant paperwork/audits

Salary: up to £12.98 per hour + £60 per sleep
*Please note* the ideal candidates would have previous mental health support work experience at a senior level and be MAPA trained
