Permanent position

£28k - £30k per annum - plus benefits

Previous Goods in and Dispatch Supervisor experience required - ideally with Manufacturing & Production background

Based in the Cannock area

Duties of a Goods in and Dispatch Supervisor

Develop a visual plan for the team aligned with the work-to-list, outlining expectations for each team member.
Raise issues to line manager where goods are not available in locations 24 hrs before dispatch.
Dispatching product punctually to meet the sales order schedule. Highlighting any items which are overdue to the relevant Cell planners.
Manage the sales order returns process ensuring parts are booked in punctually and issued to the customer after completion of repair.
Work with minimum supervision to identify, predict and resolve problems.
Ensure the necessary stock levels of packaging are available in the dispatch area.
Work closely with other support functions to deliver the company's objectives.
Advocate for the customer and uphold the promised delivery date.
Keep customers and systems fully updated on any delays and expected planned dates.
Coordinate with other departments to address exceptions.Experience required for the Goods in and Dispatch Supervisor position

Previous experience in a dispatch supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

£28k £30k - depending on experience

Days - Monday to Friday (Early finish Fridays)

8am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12pm Fridays

Permanent position - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off
