Teaching Personnel is working with a mainstream primary school in B6, West Midlands, and we are seeking Early Career Teachers for exciting new opportunities in the upcoming academic year. 

The ideal candidates will have a QTS, be available full-time during term time, and have experience in KS1. We value the experience gained during university placements and will require references from each placement. The school are looking for ECT's who would like to gain more classroom based experience before starting their induction. The role would be a stepping stone into a full early career teacher position next year. 

Hours: 

Full-Time during term time. Contract to one full academic year with the potential for an extension.

Pay:

Qualification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Education

The school also have 2x ECT class teacher positions available and are dedicated to supporting Early Career Teachers in completing their induction period- therefore please also apply if this suits your job search. Interviews will be conducted promptly.

Skills required:

Facilitating group activities for children
Covering classes during teacher absences
Knowledge of KS1 curriculum
Understanding of safeguarding practises
Ability to assist with school events and parent conferences

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
