£24,223 to £26,298 per annum
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Enterprise Team as the Enterprise Coordinator. The Enterprise team sits within the larger Student Services team and is responsible for increasing the engagement with employers for our young people. The successful candidate will coordinate and support a variety of projects aimed at enriching student career opportunities. This role involves planning, preparing and organising industry weeks, as well as holding responsibility for specific project budgets linked to industry weeks.
You will be responsible for the brokering and maintaining of strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will take a lead role in generating and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholder opportunities, so that students are able develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of their chosen area of study. You will be crucial in providing an excellent experience allowing students the opportunity for personal growth and development.
Our new Enterprise Coordinator will have the opportunity to manage their own workload work directly with students to develop tailored employer engagement events for each curriculum area. As this will involve significant engagement with external partners and local, regional and national employers, communication skills and previous experience managing stakeholders is essential. We are looking for someone who is professional and engaging, with excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to think creatively about new experiences for students during cross-College events.
