Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Assess, track, and report on students' progress, providing feedback that supports their development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for mathematics.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the overall success of the maths department.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
