Role: Milling Team Lead
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £19 per hour minimum, plus a 6% production bonus paid every four weeks
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
* Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
About You:
* You are an experienced programmer. Hurco controls are preferred, however fluency with Fanuc G code programming also considered.
* Supervisory experience is a must, you'll be leading a small team initially with room to grow.
* Experience in a medium to high-volume environment is essential.
* Proficiency in 4th axis machining at a minimum is highly desirable.
* Experience with robots or CAD/CAM software is advantageous.
* You thrive in sub-contract working environments, excelling under pressure and managing high workloads.
