Progress Teachers are looking to recruit a Humanities Teacher to work across KS3 and KS4. This school has recently gone through a lot of change to improve the quality of education delivered and improving overall behaviour of students. After a successful round of recruitment at the start of the year, they are now looking to expand the team further.
We do have availability for the successful candiadte to start immediately, or from September 2024 and be employed through to a permanent contract.
You will be required to:
* Assist pupils in developing as effective, independent learners and as critical and reflective thinkers with enquiring minds
* Use excellent subject knowledge to plan engaging lessons and teach the curriculum
* Manage the learning of students in a secure and friendly environment, in which they can thrive
* Work closely with the wider team, including the behavioural team and SENCo.
