Elevation Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading global manufacturing business, in their search for a Head of IT.
As head of IT you will strategically lead the IT goals globally, ensuring a full review of all systems and infrastructure to aid business performance and improve resilience. Based from the South Yorkshire office.
In Summary
Lead and motivate the IT team
Develop short and long terms goals with new technologies that can be adopted
Oversee the review and maintenance of current IT structure including hardware, software, security and network
Identify bottlenecks and lead implementation of strategic solutions
Business continuity planning - review and test
Progress the cloud strategy and development of their in-house manufacturing system
Collaborate with vendors and ensure cost efficiencies are met
We need:
Educated to degree level or similar
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Strong technical knowledge in Oracle development toolset
Excellent leadership skills with proven man-management experience
Ability to work in the South Yorkshire site 4 days per week
