How You’ll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a Retail Media Operations Specialist, internally known as an Operational Excellence Manager. This Specialist will contribute to the creation, delivery, and training, enabling the team to maintain a seamless and efficient process from pre-sales campaign to final campaign launch, including activation and billing. This role will take initiative to evaluate areas of the business benefiting from process improvement, analyzation of new products all while utilizing your experience to train cross-functional teams.
Work together win together: This role will report to the Director, Operational Excellence and work closely with Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield & Business Intelligence. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

Merge and update processes, support and train teams on the most recent changes, including our International partners.

Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:Experience and hands on knowledge in retail media, eCommerce and digital advertising.
3+ years of experience in a client facing role.
In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.
High level of customer service and client engagement.
A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
The excitement to play an important role in a growth focused global company through a team-oriented, positive approach.
Strong organization skills – proving the ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.
2+ years in operational excellence or operational processes, project management or product management.
Professional level written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to receive direction from multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
