Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager III to join our team. In this role, you will support multiple agile teams. Manage deliverables, run ceremonies, report progress, identify risks to milestones, reach across the organization to remove blockers, participate in scrum of scrums, weekly reporting.
This position is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote and will be a W-2 Hourly 6-month contract with possible extension.
The hourly rate is $47 – $50. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing deliverables and communicating with application teams to meet project deadlines will be the main areas of focus for this person.
Conduct daily stand-ups and ensure team productivity and delivery.
Address impediments and blockers promptly.
Manage release cycles and ensure bug fixes and feature deliveries.
Lead scrum and ceremony calls, refinement calls, and sprint planning sessions.
Maintain strong communication with program management and engineering teams.
Provide feedback on team performance and project status.
Ensure the team addresses all tasks within their scope and delivers on commitments
