Are you a qualified primary school teacher? Are you seeking your next role within education?
Empowering Learning are working alongside a two form entry school based close to Derby (DE21). The school are looking to appoint a year 5 teacher. This role will be paid to scale and will be on a full time and permanent contract.
The main duties within the role will be:
Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Differentiating sessions to meet the range of needs within the class
Liaising with parents and carers around progress of the pupils
Engaging the children in lessons through dynamic teaching
Offering ideas towards the wider goals of the school The school are looking for someone who:
Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriuclum
Posesses qualified teacher status within the UK
Can build relationships with children
Will be able to engage the children in lessons
Has excellent classroom control and behaviour management In return, the school can offer:
