Architect

Konker is recruiting for an Architect to join one of Cambridge's largest RIBA practices. 
 
Over the years they have employed over 60 members of staff across their two office. 

They’re always on the lookout for experienced professionals with Revit experience who can hit the ground running and get stuck in with the huge variety of projects they have in the pipeline!

Projects include Education, H.E & Science, Interiors, Residential, Retirement & Care, Sport & Leisure!
 
You’ll be working as part of professional & friendly team, who all offer a personal approach through both the design and construction process!

All projects are managed by Directors through Inception-Completion – You’re not just working in a team; you’re working as a whole office. One big team that all rely on one another from time to time! Projects vary in size and value - £100K-£40 million +!
 
This practice is working from the office 5 days a week and have adopted this policy post-Covid, they find that they all enjoy bouncing ideas of each other and produce the best work when they’re all together! With that being said, they can offer some flexibility in terms of appointments, etc.
 
In terms of software, proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD would be essential!

The salary for this position ranges from £40K-£46K depending on previous experience.
